OPAP has chosen Gtech Lottomatica out of 5 international companies to expand activities into online sports betting.

OPAP targets to enter online betting market before the beginning of the World Cup in June 2014.

The closed tender was concluded by OPAP in order to select the Company΄s strategic partner for OPAP΄s expansion into online betting. The cooperation of GTECH and OPAP will be initially focused on online sports betting.

GTECH is an internationally acclaimed leader in the development of online betting platforms and was selected for successfully meeting the requirements as prepared and defined by OPAP΄s management.

A government official stressed early Monday that a significant progress in government΄s negotiations with the troika of Greece΄s lenders has been made, however, "we are at a point that a political decision must be taken until the Eurogroup meeting on March 10" after a marathon meeting between the economic team, the heads of the troika and Development Minister Costis Hatzidakis and Administration Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

According to AMNA, it is worth noting that at 3 a.m a minister clarified that after, according to him harsh negotiations, there aren΄t any technical proposals left. He added that "things are very tough΄΄ and that there is still hard work to be done until Monday (the Eurogroup meeting for the approval of the tranche) in order to make an agreement.

Aegean Airlines reported FY 2013 revenues of EUR 698.9mn, EBITDA of EUR 89.8mn EBT of EUR 75.1mn and net profit of EUR 57.8mn.

The revenues were broadly in line with our estimates (at EUR 692mn), while the bottom line was above (PSe: EUR 48mn) on the back of lower Olympic pre tax losses at EUR 12.8mn (vs our EUR 15mn estimate) and higher margins.

On a parent levels Aegean bounced back from EUR 10.5mn losses to net profit of EUR 66.3mn, beating again our EUR 59.1mn call.

Summer travel bookings and revenues at TUI’s German business are up from last year due to a jump in demand for holidays in Greece and prospects look promising in the coming months.

TUI said bookings for holidays in Greece were up 28% from a year earlier as the tour operator added flights and hotels to its offering, ahead of the opening of the annual ITB travel fair.
